A recent 1st Graduate within Art and Design Interdisciplinary (BA HONS) seeking work within creative firms, film, production and media sectors. Keen to work within a creative company applying my multidisciplinary work ethic and creative passion. Having had experience with producing, coordinating and developing creative projects, installations, workshops and A/V events. Plenty of experience which certain design packages including CS3 Adobe Suite and Final Cut Pro Studio with a specific interest in new media and experimental video. Responsibilities included; liaising with and coordinating over 60 clients and mentors involved with business development support programme. Organising client/mentor meetings, workshops, networking events, case studies, monthly E-Bulletin, project audits, finances: invoices/ purchase orders.

Other responsibilities: Working alongside the website developer to research new media technology implemented within the company. Developing flyers, leaflets, booklets, and presentations for programmes within CIDA and organising the company calendar.

Other Project and Interests

Within the last year I have been running and curating a successful Audio/Visual night in various venues around Leeds with opportunities for emerging A/V artists to showcase their work on the BBC Big screen. I have had my own work the 12 Distractions screened on BBC Big Screen for over 8 weeks from April-June 08, in addition to this it was selected as a runner up for the GIDE competition in Belgium.

I have also been involved in volunteer work with Lumen Arts Organisation (Leeds) helping set up A/V installations. I enjoy running workshops and teaching people skills and within the last year I have co-coordinated workshops within my old Art College helping 2nd years looking for suitable work experience.

I play guitar and enjoy keeping proactive and fit, being a member of a gym and local netball team in Leeds. I am keen to meet new people, go out have a good time and also enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures and traditions. In addition to this I am a devoted fire spinning enthusiast.
